The BBMzansi season 4 housemates came into the house blazing hot, with each expressing themselves the best way they knew how to. We wonder, however, if time spent with total strangers may affect their behaviour in the weeks to come.

 

The 'intense' housemate

These housemates have been considered to be 'overly dramatic' or somewhat intense. PapaGhost, Lerato Modise, and Yolanda have had to deal with perceptions of being loud and excessive by their fellow housemates. Their strong personalities and tendency to clash with others will make their character arcs particularly intriguing to watch. As the weeks progress, it will be interesting to see if they can find common ground and adapt their behaviour, or if their 'intense' nature will continue to dominate the dynamics of the house.

The player

The 'player' is a housemate who is perceived by their fellow housemates and viewers to be coy about romantic relationships. They may not be loyal to one spouse. They might also perfect the art of manipulating a housemate who wants to play games with them. Jareed, for example, has gotten himself in a bit of a pickle recently about his involvement with Els, Liema and Mpumi, while the three ladies, on the other hand, have been considered to be his match because they seem equally adept at playing the game.

Only time will tell if these housemates will eventually commit to one partner or steer clear of romantic entanglements.

Tea spiller

The tea spiller is someone who keeps everyone in the house informed about all the latest events and gossip. They are like the unofficial news source of the house, always ready to spill the tea on any drama or interesting developments. Willy, Mich, Pale, have all been found to share a lot of details about their fellow housemates, but we wonder if they will ever get burned by the tea at some point and become the subject of gossip themselves.

The socialite

They are fun and the life of the party. They effortlessly captivate everyone with their charm and charisma, making them easy to associate with their fellow housemates. Chuenzaaa, Makhekhe, Young Pappi, and Zee easily fit into this description. They are often seen mingling with different groups, effortlessly adapting to any setting. However, their ability to seamlessly blend in and connect with others may also make them vulnerable to being caught up in drama or interesting developments, which might, in turn, lead them to run into their shell and turn away from the spotlight of their fellow housemates.

The smooth operators

They are the quiet, cool, and calm housemates who know how to move under the radar without drawing any attention to themselves. McJunior, Meelay, Sinaye, and Taki are housemates whom viewers and their fellow housemates have tagged as being smooth operators. Will they come out of their shell later on? That will be interesting to see, as McJunior gave us a glimpse into his jovial side this week while assisting Head of House Neo in organising the housemates for their wager presentation.

Looking at the drama already brewing in the house, it will be interesting to see which housemate switches up their character to adjust to situations in the house.
