6 Times Our Stars Were Queening!

31 August 2016
We've grown so fond of them, actually we absolutely love them and look forward to seeing them on our screens every evening.

They are the damsels of the small screen and as we close off Women's Month, we look at some of their looks that made us love Women's Month even more:

Idols Judge Unathi Msengana

The rose among thorns, the queen of Idols SA, Unathi Msengana understands this queening thing and she's been doing it since she joined the show. Camagu!

Linda Mtoba

You may know her as the unruly Zama Ngwenya on Isibaya but Linda Mtoba is a totally different woman in real life.

Nomzamo Mbatha

She's Thandeka Zungu on Isibaya, a simple plain jane with nothing to write home about in the style department but in real life she's nothing short of the chief of slayage and no one does the African look quite like Nomzamo does.

Ayanda Thabethe

Yes, she's THAT girl! The stripper Aaliyah on Rockville 4 but of course Ayanda has grace and poise something that her on-screen character can steal perhaps.

Motsoaledi Setumo

She's the feisty Tselane Dlamini on Greed & Desire but best believe that Motsoaledi is nothing like that girl - Maru Makgetha's gold-digging girlfriend. We love how she took a simple black outfit and transformed it into a regal ensemble with her African fabric neckpiece.

Thembisa Mdoda

Starring as herself on our hit show Our Perfect Wedding, LOL, Thembisa has become a household name and a favourite among Mzansi Magic viewers not only because she's just GREAT but because the whole of Mzansi also looks forward to seeing her 10 over 10 outfits. She always looks like the queen she is! That's why we recently crowned her Our Perfect Slayer.
