Day 31: Sweet Guluva, the unexpected prize of the house? – BBMzansi

News12 February 2025
The coast is finally clear.

The house is finally seeing the other side of Sweet Guluva, and let’s just say – he might just be the prize of the season! Since his girlfriend, Ash-ley Ogle, was evicted, it seems the ladies have been circling. Mandy Hagan even pointed out that Ash-ley Ogle believed the women in the house wanted her man, and she might not have been wrong!

Jojo, during her ad hoc task artwork, casually mentioned that she would name her ideal man Tsotsi – eerily close to Guluva. Mandy Hagan couldn’t help but respond, "A sweet one, ne?" And who was standing right there? Sweet Guluva himself. Was that a bold move from the ladies? It certainly looked like it! Jojo has already stepped into makoti mode, proudly sharing that she helped Sweet Guluva with his laundry in the morning. Jojo went as far as saying she did not like it when Ezra held her because he was not sweet.

This is a whole new side of Sweet Guluva that the house hasn’t seen before. Many were curious about how he would navigate things post-Ash-ley Ogle, and as he said just yesterday morning, making friends requires taking the first step. Well, he’s taken it, and so far, so good!

Even Beekay turned to him for ship advice. Stuck between Mshini and Nate, Beekay is struggling to choose. He feels Mshini is giving mixed signals despite asking him to be his Valentine, while Nate is coming in strong. Sweet Guluva gave him some straight talk: make a choice and commit. Of course, the conversation turned to his own love life, with Beekay assuming Ash-ley might return for Valentine’s Day. But Sweet Guluva isn’t under any illusions – he knows she won’t be back until much later in the season.

Watch his chat with Beekay:

Meanwhile, Melino and Philile had a deep moment of reflection. They opened up about how their parents never taught them affection and how important it is for them to affirm their own children. Melino is now determined to make sure his kids grow up feeling loved and worthy.

With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, the house still lacks a solid sailing ship. Will someone finally make their move on Sweet Guluva? Only time will tell!
