The Umlilo house is about to be plunged into mystery, secrets, and detective work as the housemates take on this week’s theme: Abo Kleva. The task at hand? To craft a thrilling drama in which they solve a fictional mystery. Here is the setting; A famous museum set to unveil an art exhibition of ancient artefacts – until disaster strikes! Just hours before the grand opening, a priceless ring vanishes into thin air. Cue the dramatic gasps!
Was it stolen? Misplaced? Perhaps an inside job? The housemates have placed their confidence at an all-time high, wagering 100% on their ability to bring this mystery to life. But can they truly crack the case, or will they be left with more questions than answers?
A mystery within a mystery
Before they could even get started on the actual mystery, a mini-detective saga unfolded between Abobo and Sweet Guluva. The two housemates found themselves in a heated (and highly entertaining) debate about journalism. Abobo, in a bold move, claimed both the curator and journalist roles, but Sweet Guluva was not buying it. According to Sweet Guluva, there are two types of journalists – reporting and investigative – and one person cannot possibly juggle both while curating an exhibition. The debate went from an intellectual discussion to an almost comedic standoff, leaving the rest of the housemates spectating like it was its own wager-worthy drama.
Thankfully, Beekay and Swiss stepped in before the argument spiralled into a who's-the-better detective showdown. With tensions cooled (for now), the housemates finally got to work on scene-setting, props, and character roles.
Watch Beekay and Nate plan an HoH takeover:
Who will shine in the final 10?
With Tyrone, the house’s go-to director, out of the picture, this is the perfect moment for others to step up. Who will take charge of the narrative? Who will lead the investigation? And most importantly, who will deliver a plot twist so mind-blowing that even Big Brother does a double take?
It’s time for the housemates to put their sleuthing skills to the test. One thing’s for sure – this week’s wager will be one for the books. Will the housemates solve the case, or will the missing artefcat remain a mystery? Only time will tell!
