Episode 43: Monday 03 November: “Things fall apart”
As Zenzo's life hangs in the balance, Zethu has to fight for her father to get the help he needs. Vusi's lies begin to unravel and cracks begin to show.
Episode 44: Tuesday 04 November: “Mastered seed of faith”
Zethu is torn between respecting her father's wishes and fighting to save his life. Vusi and Sphamandla seem to have dug their own graves by implicating Bra Mike in something he knows nothing about.
Episode 45: Wednesday 05 November: “Bullet? What bullet?”
Zethu is tormented as her father continues to push back on the idea of getting the needed medical help, despite his worsening condition, while Sifiso learns that there’s a bullet missing from his gun.
Episode 46: Monday 10 November: “My father’s daughter”
As MaShabalala makes Zethu see that Zenzo needs a daughter, not a doctor, Sifiso has to find the missing bullet before the Captain files a report.
Episode 47: Tuesday 11 November: “Here for you, always!”
Zenzo’s health deteriorates, leaving the family in distress. Sifiso battles to unravel the mystery of the missing bullet, while Vusi and Nomalanga hatch a plan to find a replacement.
Episode 48: Wednesday 12 November: “Borrowed time”
Zenzo's body fights an infection as the family holds vigil and hope. Meanwhile, Vusi and Nomalanga's risky mission to steal a bullet reaches a dangerous tipping point.
Episode E 49: Monday 17 November: “Man vs Machine”
Zenzo’s fear spills over as he realises what dialysis means. A storm explodes at Shwabi’s house when Vusi is caught red-handed. At the clinic, Zethu’s absence leaves chaos in her wake.
Episode 50: Tuesday 18 November: “You will reap what you sow”
Ngarage steps up and convinces his father to do what has to be done. Meanwhile, Sifiso makes the hardest decision of his entire life, plunging his family into chaos.
Episode 51: Wednesday 19 November: “Badge or Blood”
Family loyalty clashes with duty when Sifiso refuses to bend the rule. A father's pride battles against his pain as Zenzo considers giving up his kidney treatment.
Episode 52: Monday 24 November: “Justice must prevail”
Sifiso is held to account on two fronts, as Ngarage proves he really is a changed man. Meanwhile, silent chaos erupts at the clinic.
Episode 53: Tuesday 25 November: “Healing the past, today.”
Zenzo's illness creates a path for father and son healing. Sifiso is confronted by multiple challenges to his integrity. Matron Khathazile and Zethu are forced to work together.
Episode 54: Wednesday 26 November: “Union rules”
Zenzo's health has him desperate to teach his children important lessons before he's gone. Sifiso is dealing with a different teenage hell. Matron Khathazile proves she is playing the game better than the nurses.
