Episode 82: Monday 02 February: “Flame reignited” 

Zethu and Shobane finally mend things. MaNgcobo feels unseen by Shwabi while Sphamandla is consumed by guilt when he sees his mother taking the fall for something she hasn't done.

Episode 83: Tuesday 03 February: “Not you too” 

Just as she has found happiness, Zethu's world shatters once more. Phindile's pleas fall on deaf ears at the judgmental clinic and as the thieving youngsters sweat, Mangcobo is treated like a queen.

 Episode 84: Wednesday 04 February: “Facing the music” 

Zethu accepts that her true calling lies back home, but home is far from welcoming. Meanwhile, MaNgcobo basks in the luxury of Shawabi's lavish birthday spoils. Matron hears who stole her money and she's determined that they face the consequences.

 Episode 84: Monday 09 February: “Beneath the doek” 

While Zethu's return causes a fracture in the Hlongwane home, MaNgcobo gets a taste of a forbidden dream. Meanwhile, Matron Khathazile receives a visit that has the nurses up in arms.

 Episode 86: Tuesday 10 February: “Viral village” 

As water shortage throttles the village and a viral infection explodes. MaShabalala refuses to forgive Zethu and MaNgcobo risks it all for her dreams. Matron Khathazile makes the children's life hell.

 Episode 87: Wednesday 11 February: “Zethu’s dance of shame” 

MaShabalala, though ill, hits back at  Zethu for her refusal to engage on her firestorm of accusations. MaNgcobo's side hustle begins to take off while Zenzo realises that Matron will never forgive the children for what they did.

 Episode 88: Monday 16 February: “Day zero” 

Zethu assists MaNkwanyane despite her resistance and she has a deep realisation about Sifiso. Matron Khathazile demands that the Captain arrest the teenagers. MaNgcobo scares Shwabi.

 Episode 89: Tuesday 17 February: “I Know why the caged bird sings” 

The pandemic continues and Zethu fights for strength to continue as she apologies to MaNkwanyane and officially end things with Sifiso. Meanwhile, the teenagers learn a hard lesson as MaNgcobo's illness nearly breaks Shwabi.

 Episode 90: Wednesday 18 February: “When disaster strikes” 

Grateful to have escaped jail, the teens vow to turn their lives around and change their ways. At a vulnerable moment, MaNgcobo finds herself swept into an intimate moment with Ngarage. Meanwhile, tragedy strikes Matron Khathazile as the cholera pandemic claims another life.

 Episode 91: Monday 23 February: “Dare to dream”

Zethu struggles with what she perceives as failure at the hospital. MaNgcobo makes a decision that could land her in trouble.

 Episode 92: Tuesday 24 February: “All fair in petty affairs” 

A grieving Khathazile takes on the man she feels is responsible for her niece's death. Zethu finds an ally in the fight against the cholera. Nomalanga orchestrates a scheme to make herself the village's most desired young woman.

 Episode 93: Wednesday: 25 February: “Liar liar, pants on fire” 

Nurse Thando's worst nightmare is realised. Meanwhile, Matron Khathazile takes her grief public and Shwabi faces the fire. Nomalanga continues to spin her web of lies.
