Day 29: Love is in the air in Biggie's house – BBMzansi

But is anyone ready to catch it?

Cupid is working overtime in Biggie’s house this week, and the housemates are feeling the heat! With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Biggie decided to set the mood with a local playlist of love songs first thing in the morning, and the housemates were all in their feels. Beekay’s ladies – Mshini, Nate, and Nsuku – were even jamming to some tunes together. Were they serenading Beekay, perhaps? If so, they may need to try a little harder, considering his stance on ‘making things official.’

Speaking of Beekay, let’s not forget his interesting response during last night’s live eviction show. When asked by host Smash Afrika whom he would marry, kiss, and evict, he originally fumbled, before settling on marrying Nate, kissing Mshini, and evicting Nsuku. But that was his second attempt at answering the question. Hmm…

Fast forward to this morning, and Beekay was busy gossiping with Muzi-TheMbuzi and Swiss about the ladies in the house. When the conversation turned to ‘wife benefits’ – you know, washing clothes and making food – he made it clear that he’d only be getting those perks if things were official. But, in classic Beekay style, he immediately followed that up with the fact that he’s not ready to make anything official. Not only that, but he boldly declared that he hasn’t even shared a bed with anyone, despite Nate conveniently ending up in his bed after a Thursday night pool party. So, will he ever settle down in Biggie’s house? With Valentine's Day approaching, it’s only a matter of time before the pressure mounts!

Watch his chat in the morning:

Meanwhile, Nsuku is not taking her exit from Beekay’s heart lightly. She’s still very much in the race and ready to ‘operate.’ Whether Beekay sees it or not, only time will tell.

On the other side of the house, it seems Ash-ley Ogle and Sweet Guluva have made things official – we think. Sweet Guluva, however, was not impressed when Ash-ley Ogle described their relationship as a ‘love situation.’ “Did you ask me to be your girlfriend?” she shot back, before confidently telling Beekay that Sweet Guluva is her boyfriend – despite the fact that the two were in the middle of a fight about always fighting. Yho! What a complicated situation.

And if that wasn’t enough drama, Nsuku (yes, she’s everywhere!) has allegedly shared some sneaky kisses with Muzi-TheMbuzi, while Mshini and Uyanda spent the day getting to know each other in bed – despite Uyanda refusing to share a bed with Mshini just hours earlier.

This week’s theme, 'Umjolo, the Catch', comes with a unique twist. For their wager presentation, housemates must create the BB Relationship Therapy Show, which won’t just focus on romance but all forms of relationships. Their show must include a Therapist along with people seeking counselling for different relationship dynamics. Whether it’s a struggling couple, feuding family members, or friends trying to mend a broken bond, the show must explore it all. Most importantly, housemates must incorporate the five love languages, common misunderstandings, and various attachment styles into their production. Will they rise to the challenge and deliver a meaningful yet entertaining show? We’ll soon find out!

With Valentine’s Day just days away, who will lock in their situationship? Who will run for the hills? And most importantly – will Beekay finally make up his mind? Stay tuned!
