The housemates started on a confidence high last week for their wager, hopeful that they would nail it. Nail it they did indeed, even though they lost 50% of their wins due to their incomplete punishment. This week, they wagered 80% after Ezra advised them to not go too high or too low. With housemates divided into four groups, their ability to put up a winning wager hangs on the balance. But now with needing to decide if it’s manicure or wager preparation time, the stakes are even higher.
Team Earth with Abobo, Bonni Bee, Mandy Hagan, Nsuku and Siphesihle faced a predicament during wager preparations. Abobo suggested that they ask for their reward for winning the fire challenge earlier in the week; a manicure. But he suggested they ask during wager preparations to distract the other team, but Siphesihle argued that there are more important things to focus on, like the wager. Siphesihle was outvoted, but the team still continued to practice instead of distract others from doing the work necessary to win the wager.
Earlier this morning, Melino vocalised his sheer doubt of his group’s ability to put together a winning wager. He is part of Team Water with Gugu, Jojo, Savage, and Swiss.
On the other side, Team Fire including Ezra, Luzuko, Mata, Sweet Guluva, and Tyrone seemed to be more confident that the other teams. They have been going through their skit, making sure that they reach perfection. Tryone was also part of the conversation with Melino, giving them tea about what the other groups are planning. Team Fire is playing their wager cards very close to their chest, not divulging too much during their arena hour.
In the house, Swiss, Philile, Mshini and a highly stressed Jojo were busy putting together the artwork for their groups. Ash-ley Ogle, Beekay, Kay B, Mshini, and Philile are part of Team Air and have been trying to create posters because the ones they ha created earlier in the week got destroyed during their screaming match a few nights back. 😅

Team Air got an opportunity to go through their scripts this afternoon after some of their members woke up from their Thursday man-nap. During the week Beekay and Mshini had a disagreement about not memorising their script. Mshini was okay with reading it but Beekay was not comfortable with that.
Will these group performances make for an entertaining and educational presentation for Biggie and the Biggieverse. We shall wait and see.
