When you hear the word "declutter," the first thing that comes to mind is getting rid of material items in your home that you no longer require. However, Sonal, one of the Real Housewives of Nairobi, shared with her fellow housewives the kind of things you can declutter from your life.
Having good and reliable friends is essential for our well-being. However, having toxic people around that do just the opposite. They can drain you mentally and emotionally. Sonal adviced that the first step would be to analyse the friends around you, keep the friends that you have genuine connections with, and cut ties with those that drain your energy. This practice should be done on a regular basis.
After the episode, some fans weighed in on this issue and this is what some of them had to say:
What a toxic show, huyu Susan aachane na Minnie kiweru tu wacha next episode amuite fake tena atajua hajui
Irene Moraa Mose
Dr. Maria did the best thing to declutter all of them by quitting the show.
Honestly she doesn't march! Gossip is not a thing for doctors!
Dr Maria deserves it,,,she shouldn't mess with others
Your mental health is important. Negative emotions can sometimes overwhelm us, causing anxiety and stress. It is important to analyse your emotions, isolate the things or people that drain your emotions and connect with those that uplift you.
Your personal space
The older you get, the more things you get and the more attached you become to them. Decluttering your space isn't just about throwing things away; it's also about separating what you want to keep from what you want to give away. Start by making a list of everything you want to keep and make sure there is room for it. Then decide what you're going to do with the items you no longer need.
