The show centres around Ciku, a plus-size woman in her thirties who also works as a radio presenter. After going through a humiliating scandal, Ciku learns what it means to live big in a world that is determined to reduce her to nothing.
Untying Kantai
Airs on Thursday 16 May at 7:30 pm on MMPlus and at 8 pm on East
Ben Teke, who plays Odanga in the famous dramedy Njoro Wa Uba, plays the lead role on this show as King Kantai. The vivid and gritty show chronicles Kantai's life as he works hard to support his family. After working hard for 30 years to support his family, he chooses to retire. However, he discovers that he has been conned out of his life savings.
The Real Housewives of Nairobi Season 2
Airs on Sunday 19 May at 8 pm on MMPlus and on Saturday 18 of May at 8 pm on East
The second season of Real Housewives of Nairobi features new cast members alongside Minnie Kariuki, Vera Sidika, and Dr. Catherine Masista. The cast includes Farah Esmail, a lawyer and professional bodybuilder, Zena Nyambu, a beauty entrepreneur, and Reja Keji Ladu.
