Ilan, 23, is a student and music teacher from Krugersdorp. His love affair with music began when he started a punk rock band in Grade 11, and in addition to vocals and guitar he is also a seasoned drummer and plays regularly at his church. This is also not Ilan’s first foray into The Voice SA universe – he got accepted for Season 2 but couldn’t make his Blind Audition because of his sister’s wedding. Now he's got a second chance to prove himself. Add to this the fact he came out on top after competing against 300+ contestants in a recent talent competition and one can see why he's confident that his time is now!
