Marc and Mulesa finally had some alone-time after Marisia wild-rosed her way onto last week’s one-on-one date. Marc had a romantic, candlelit dinner planned, making it even more intimate by prepping the meal with Mulesa. They were their usual cute, awkward selves together and ended the evening on a good note. Watch below.
In true Marc style, he made sure their dinner was delicious and nutritious – while Mulesa kept their hygiene in check by washing her hands before joining the prep work. Solid advice from this gorgeous gal! Check out what Marc served for their dinner date.
The Kale Salad
Chop up almonds and kale
Grate parmesan cheese
Mix together with a splash of olive oil and apple cider vinegar and put aside
For the topping:
Chop and caramelise onions in a pan
Chop baby tomatoes and olives finely and add to the onions, fry to a paste
Remove from the pan and fry some ginger slices
For the salmon:
Sear in the pan, to taste
Add the fried toppings
Grate some parmesan on top
Enjoy with the kale salad!
Sounds amazing! If it sounds too complicated or you don’t have those kinds of ingredients lying around, we suggest Jason’s idea: “I grabbed some parmesan, grated it into the pan in a lump, melted it, and ate a delicious salty piece of heaven.” Sounds divine 😉
Speaking of Jason and food, he’s partnered with Nutriwell to offer relief and provide families with nutritious meals during the national lockdown. Check it out in the video below and find out more here.
