It has become a platform for cyberbullying, online harassment and trolling – and South Africans are some of the worst culprits. From celebrities to children – no one is immune because on the internet, perpetrators can remain anonymous, operating under the guise of pseudonyms while abusing innocent people from anywhere around the world – often with devastating real-life consequences.
