Played by Samuel L Jackson, Officer Abel Turner is a terror and has strong opinions about EVERYTHING. He uses his status as an officer to harass his neighbours, Chris (Patrick Wilson) and Lisa (Kerry Washington), an interracial couple. When they move in next door, Turner is resentful, handing out vague threats. Later, he declares a big war on them.
Minnie and Roman, Rosemary’s Baby
Minnie (Ruth Gordon) and Roman (Sidney Blackmer) seem like a harmless old couple. Don’t let this fool you. The duo is secretly demonic and follows a cult. Minnie feeds their pregnant neighbour Rosemary (Mia Farrow) drinks laced with drugs to make her a willing victim for Satan.
Teddy Sanders and Pete Regazolli, Neighbors
Meet Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) and Pete Regazolli (Dave Franco), a nightmare to their neighbours Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne). Teddy and Pete are trouble with a capital T. They throw wild parties every night, get up to no good, and have no regard for others.
Mrs Connelly, Duplex
In this film, Mrs Connelly (Eileen Essell), an elderly tenant, puts her neighbours, Nancy, played by Drew Barrymore and Alex, played by Ben Stiller, through nightmare after nightmare. She keeps them up all night and gets them fired from their jobs.
