M-Net Movies Premiere
From a predatory alien to a Neil Armstrong biopic, channel 104 has a hot line-up in this cold month of July every Saturday from 20:00 on channel 104.
We recommend: The Spy Who Dumped Me. A fun, funny spy romp that sees Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon unexpectedly thrust into the roles of secret agents to hysterical and graphic results.
M-Net Movies Smile
We recommend: Horrible Bosses. Ever wanted to take revenge on your boss for late hours, pointless meetings, and an overstuffed inbox? This movie is your solution. Vent your frustration on channel 105 with this cathartic comedy, featuring a pre-royalty Meghan Markle and a hysterical turn from Jennifer Aniston.
M-Net Movies Action+
July’s Bromance Festival on channel 106 offers up some bro love between Hollywood’s hottest male celebs. There are several great features, including the foul-mouthed fun of Deadpool 2, the galactic extravaganza of Thor: Ragnarok, the mind-bending wonder of Inception, and the brooding brilliance of The Dark Knight. But for the ultimate bromance, nothing beats the camaraderie of Ocean’s 11. Watch the whole trilogy this July.
M-Net Movies Action
We recommend: Escape Plan. Eighties action heavyweights Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone team up for this prison-set action flick on channel 110. The heavyweight action speeds along with the help of a great supporting cast which includes Sam Neill, Vinnie Jones, and Vincent D'Onofrio.
M-Net Movies All Stars
We recommend: Imagine That. Discover your inner child with this family fantasy-comedy starring Eddie Murphy on channel 111.
M-Net Movies Zone
We recommend: Fun with Dick and Jane. Jim Carrey and Téa Leoni bring the laughs in this madcap caper on channel 139 that sees its title characters go from corporate to criminal.

We’ve also got our next M-Net Movies Night Out with Ster Kinekor on the very last day of the month. July’s feature is the Fast & Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw which stars the ass-kicking, wise-cracking duo of Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson. We loved watching these two together in previous F&F films and cannot contain our excitement for their spin-off for, which includes Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby, and an OTT plot that guarantees huge action.
