With COVID-19 infection numbers in South Africa skyrocketing at present, it is more important than ever that we all adhere to social distancing, regular hand washing and proper mask-wearing regimens.
- Wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds
- Do not touch your face with unwashed hands
- Cough or sneeze into a fresh tissue and discard it straight away, or into your elbow if you don't have a tissue on-hand
- Keep 1,5-2 metres apart from others
- Stay at home if you feel unwell and call your local doctor if you suspect you may have contracted COVID-19

How to use a cloth mask:
Before putting on your mask you should wash or sanitise your hands. Then put on your mask touching only the ties or bands on the sides.
When wearing your mask refrain from touching your face and do not touch the fabric of your mask.
When removing your mask:
Remove the mask by touching only the bands or ties on the sides. Place it in a container or packet if you are unable to wash it right away. Wash or sanitise yor hands after removing your mask.
Do not wear the same mask more than once without washing and drying it.
