The third season of My Kitchen Rules South Africa is on its way! Starting on Sunday 19 September at 18:00 on M-Net, it’ll bring with it food, drama, and returning judges David Higgs and J’Something.

Accomplished in the fields of food, cooking (and music!), they bring their expertise to the table as we meet teams from across South Africa cooking up a storm in the #MKRSA kitchen.

We love listening to what the judges have to say during their critique (and wondering whether those poker faces will ever crack), but we’re also 100% here for the bromance between David and J. A quick stalk scroll through their IG timelines showcases their beautiful bromance.

David and J have a natural repartee that makes them great friends and great to watch. They've also taken their bromance beyond the show. In June this year, they raised funds for Reach for a Dream as they helped break the Guinness World Record for the most people cooking together virtually at the same time.

We can't wait to watch them together again on My Kitchen Rules SA as they get ready to whine wine and dine with their guests.
