The ten sweetest songs about food

#MKRSA judge J’Something is a singer with a sweet tooth so we think he’d appreciate these delicious ditties!

Chordettes – “Lollipop”

The original. Some may say still the best. “Sweeter than apple pie.”

50 Cent – “Candy Shop”

More lollipops. But Fiddy’s gonna lick these ones.

“Weird Al" Yancovich – “Eat It”

Cashing in on the King of Pop’s brightest moment – ‘Thriller’ is still the best-selling album of all time - this genius piece of parody kick-started “Weird Al”’s weird career. “Have a banana/Have a whole bunch.”

ABBA – “Honey Honey”

The outfits on display in this video eclipse the need for any references to food…

U2 – “Lemon”

The most reviled rock band in the world go dance, with a little help from Bono’s falsetto.

Maroon 5 – “Sugar”

More falsetto stylings, this time from Adam Lambert. Frequently covered on shows like The Voice. The video, in which they crash multiple weddings, is also the sweetest!

Kelis – “Milkshake”

We’re still not sure what Kelis’s “Milkshake” is. But we know it brings all the boys to the yard. We’d ask her to teach us. But she’d have to charge.

Marvin Gaye – “I Heard It Through the Grapevine”

Honey. Honey. Yeah!

The Beatles – “Strawberry Fields Forever”

The Fab Four were apparently doing a lot of psychedelics when they made this song, so we can’t be sure the strawberries are actually real. But it’s a sweet cut nonetheless.

Mi Casa – “Chocolat”

In which J’Something makes his sweet tooth absolutely apparent! And he cleverly rhymes “chocolaté” with roti…
