How old should I be to enter The Bachelor SA?

You need to be over the age of 21 at the time of entry to apply to participate in the series.

Do I have to be a South African citizen?

You should be South African citizen with an ID document or have a valid permit of permanent residence status in the country of South Africa. 

Can mothers enter the show?

Yes, you are allowed to enter if you have children, as long as you are currently single as per the Terms and Conditions of the show.  

Can divorcees enter the show?

Yes, you may enter, as long as your relationship status is currently single. 

What type of pictures should I send?

A head and shoulders shot, and a full body photo

What type of woman is The Bachelor SA looking for, and do I need to meet specific criteria?

All single ladies are eligible to enter The Bachelor South Africa

When do entries close?

Entries are already open on www.mnet.tv/thebachelorsa and will close at at 23:59 on 20 August 2018. No late submissions will be accepted after the closing date.

How long do I need to be available for the production?

You need to be available for filming between 6 October and 25 November 2018.  

Where will series be filmed?

Mainly in Gauteng, but there may also be some travelling on the schedule. 

Who is The Bachelor SA?

When will The Bachelor SA be broadcast?

The show will premiere on 14 February 2019.

How will I know my entry is successful?

Should your entry be successful and you are shortlisted, the production company will contact you within 60 days of your application.
