Last week, for Tell It Like It Is Tuesdays, we shared quotes from Ellen DeGeneres for International Women’s Day. This week, we’re turning to a fictional character. His very name, Frank Underwood, defines his character; and his razor sharp quotes are definitive of the POTUS the House of Cards’ writers have created.

Frank is not the type of person anyone should aspire to be or would want to like; but Kevin Spacey’s handling of the character is so masterful, you can’t help begrudgingly falling in love with Frank.
