Admit it, there’s nothing quite like titans fighting it out to get your heart racing.
two giants at battle

With Godzila vs Kong creeping up on us, we’ve decided to put together a list of our favourite monster vs monster battles.

Warning:  You are about to experience a monstrous blend of adrenaline-fueled thrills. Suggestion? Hold on to your heart!

Ready? Let’s dive right in.

Godzilla vs Kong

The two cinematic titans have been big screen mainstays for decades and in 2021 Godzilla – a giant reptile and Kong – a giant primate met in a spectacular monstrous battle of the ages which left the fate of the world hanging in the balance.  After a brutal exchange of blows, only one monster remained standing.

Tyrannosaurus Rex vs Indominus Rex

A new park opened in Jurassic World, and scientists cloned a dinosaur called the Indominus Rex. The Indominus broke loose, and a fearsome T-Rex was called upon to fix the mess.  A battle was the order of the day. The dinosaurs threw each other around, and after some time, the Indominus Rex was defeated, and natural order restored.

Hulkbuster vs Hulk

In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Hulkbuster went head-to-head with everyone’s favourite green raged monster. Theirs was a destructive and vicious battle. Even though Hulk was incredibly strong and fought fearlessly, Hulkbuster won by throwing him down a building and knocking him out.

Hulk vs Abomination

It seems giant monsters just don’t want to play nice. In The Incredible Hulk, it was kill or be killed. A police car was split into half and buildings smashed as Hulk and his archenemy, Abomination traded punches. In a fight involving a chain wrapped around Abomination’s neck, almost chocking him to death, Hulk walked away victorious.

We must give props to filmmakers; it seems they knock the ball right out of the park when it comes to monster fight scenes.
