This week’s instalment of The Bachelor South Africa (Thursday 26 March at 19:00) includes Season 2’s most romantic date yet. One of the remaining ten ladies is whisked off to a private setting, where she spends valuable time with Bachelor Marc Buckner to secure her place in the mansion. But Marc is not the only hunk to zoom in on this gorgeous gal. Platinum-selling and award-winning local singing sensation, the voice behind this season’s Bachelor SA theme song Different Feeling rocks up to serenade the couple.

Daniel will be performing his single Speed of Light, which he wrote and recorded for his very own muse, his fiancée, as a Valentine’s gift last year. The song became a South African chart hit and has since become a popular wedding song choice.

More reasons why fans simply can’t miss out on the action this week:

  • A handsome visitor! Marc heads to the mansion, but this is NOT a romantic visit. Things take a surprising turn when the ladies are invited to play a fun Lottostar paddle game, revealing more than they expected…
  • Mansion drama: Emotions flare up again between the various factions in the house. Who is not impressed with how they came across in the paddle game?
  • Never have I ever… The ladies and Marc engage in a fun round of "never have I ever" at the Cocktail Party. Which of the ladies will surprise Marc with her responses?
  • An uncertain Rose Ceremony: Will the fun but revealing Lottostar paddle game result in some ladies saying goodbye sooner than expected?

Following The Bachelor SA at 20:00 is the poignant original M-Net drama series Still BreathingA private investigator enters the scene this week when Trent’s mom, Trish, decides it’s time to find out what really happened on that day of his fatal car accident. What will the private investigator find out – and what does this mean for Candice who was with him in the vehicle, but ran away?

Shannon Esra plays the role of  Candice and Susan Danford is Trish. The rest of the sterling Still Breathing cast includes Kate Liquorish as Trent’s wife Abi, as well as Lorcia Kumalo, Ty Keogh, Brandon Auret, Siv Ngesi, Sean Taylor, and Nandi Nyembe.

The Bachelor SA Season 2 will be screened on M-Net every Thursday, from 13 February, at 19:00.
DStv Premium viewers can also watch all the romance on Catch Up or stream the episodes live via their mobile devices on DStv Now.
