Millennial BFFs KB & Nadia will need to bring all their youthful enthusiasm to the My Kitchen Rules SA kitchen this week (Sunday 14 November, 18:00 on M-Net Channel 101) if they’re to impress the judges and their fellow contestants. The big-talking duo have been highly critical of some of the meals they’ve been served so far, so they need to put their money where their spatulas are this week in order to pick up a score that keeps them in the competition.

Stella & Jeff lead the table so far, with a score of 61, ahead of Bernadette & Shaleeni (59) and Lebo & Lesego (53) – with foodie experts Izak & Wessel left to cook once KB& Nadia have posted their score.

Will they play it safe and stick with dishes they know well, or will they push the boat out and try to bring in some flavours learned from the YouTube cooking channels that form the foundation of their foodie education? Lebo & Lesego will be hoping that – if the duo opt for a baked dessert – ‘The curse of the dry cake’ continues and gives them a chance of staying in the competition.

David continues to focus on balance and technique, while J’Something is on the hunt for contrasts on the plate – and food which better be warm when it arrives!

Come for the food, stay for the drama this week on My Kitchen Rules SA.
