New from Liane Moriarty (Big Littles Lies and Nine Perfect Strangers) and based on her New York Times bestseller of the same name, international ensemble drama Apples Never Fall comes to M-Net (DStv Channel 101) from Monday, 15 April at 20:00 and follows a mysterious disappearance in the seemingly normal Delaney family.

Everyone in West Palm Beach knows the Delaney family because of their long-running tennis academy. Parents Joy (Annette Bening) and Stan (Sam Neill) decide to sell the academy and retire to spend more time with their four adult children (Alison Brie, Jake Lacy, Conor Merrigan-Turner, Essie Randles) – but when a wounded, young woman arrives on their doorstep, the entire family's world is turned upside-down. Then, the Delaney matriarch Joy suddenly goes missing, leaving her four children to piece together everything they thought they knew about their parents.

As the hunt for the truth unfolds, a labyrinth of secrets are revealed, stripping away at the Delaney’s polished surface to expose the shadows lurking within.

The seven-episode limited series explores themes of love, betrayal and resilience as each family member grapples with their own secrets and sins. With twists and turns that will keep viewers guessing, this whodunnit series paints a nuanced portrait of familial relationships and the lengths people will go to protect the ones they love.

Apples Never Fall has been noted by Collider as “a captivating blend of mystery, humour and heart,” and “delivers a fresh take on the complexities of family dynamics, making it a must watch for fans of thought-provoking storytelling”.

Apples Never Fall will be available on DStv Premium on M-Net (Channel 101) from Monday, 15 April at 20:00, as well as live-streamed on DStv Stream, and is also available on DStv Catch Up after broadcast. Join the conversation on TwitterInstagram, TikTok and Facebook.
