Food and wine consultant Izak and food scientist Wessel is the final duo to present their Instant Restaurant during this week’s episode of My Kitchen Rules SA – and their fellow contestants will be holding them to a high standard.

Izak’s experience of living, eating, and cooking in Italy and Wessel’s technical know-how – combined with a deep passion for and understanding of food that they share – means the judges and fellow contestants are expecting a culinary tour de force. Their formidable knowledge and technique have wowed their family and friends – but will the pressure cooker environment of the MKRSA kitchen get to them?

Lebo and Lesego currently sit at the foot of the leaderboard with a score of 53, behind Bernadette and Shaleeni (59), KB and Nadia (60), and leaders Stella and Jeff (61) – meaning that the globetrotting food-besties need to score 54 or more to progress to the second round.
