Charlie is smitten when he sees a lovely girl in the park. But he assumes she is lost forever; he has to meet and comfort his aunt, who recently lost her son to an inexplicable suicide. Fate, however, has a weird sense of humour, and shuffles the cards that comprise their lives in unexpected ways.
