Most of us have had an obsession with a reality show or two at some point in our lives.
Now SONY (127) is adding a new format to the reality TV show world. Can you imagine being entertained by watching people who are people watching TV? Introducing Gogglebox SA, a series that will go into the homes of different people to capture their opinions and reactions to TV shows from Thursday 3 March at 21:00 on SONY (127).

It might sound odd, but let's face it, there are some really weird shows out there and here are some of them:
In this show, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and others around them. When they say what you see is what you get, this show reveals people in their most natural forms. Daters go off to an exotic island where they hope to pair up with other eligible singles. The catch is that they all have to be completely naked when they meet their likely suitors and go on dates.
You really have to be comfortable in your skin for this one. Don’t miss on Dating Naked, Mondays at 22:45 on TLC Entertainment.
Ex on the Beach
So imagine trying to find a date on a beautiful island and then, just when you think you’re forming a connection, your ex arrives. Hmm... not so great after all. See all the drama Tuesdays at 21:15 on MTV.
Snog, Marry, Avoid?
This was also a first for me. I mean, makeover shows are the norm but this show features makeunders. Contestants come in, remove their often overdone make-up and trade in their eccentric outfits for a more casual look. At the end of the transformation, the public must vote if the new look works better than the old one. I guess it works for some. Catch it on Sunday 14 February at 10:40 on MTV.
This show is wonderful as it introduces viewers to different cultures and can get dramatic when things don't go as planned or the family members have inappropriate things to say about the couple. But besides the drama, you're guaranteed a good laugh. Catch OPW on Sundays at 19:00 on Mzansi Magic.
