It’s no mystery why these detective series are addictively binge-worthy - they keep us guessing and on our toes, with red herrings, dead ends, and creepy suspects a plenty. Binge them on Showmax to add some spice to your holiday.
1. Bosch, Seasons 1-3
Harry Bosch, the grizzled detective from Michael Connelly’s series of detective novels, is back. As part of the LAPD, he hunts down criminals in the Hollywood precinct. 3. The Missing, Seasons 1-2
Season 1 sees French police detective Julien Baptiste trying to find out what happened to the five-year-old son of British tourists Tony and Emily Hughes, who went missing in the middle of a celebration in Northern France. Baptiste returns in Season 2 when a missing girl surfaces more than a decade after her disappearance, throwing up all kinds of inconvenient questions for her troubled family.
