Technical glitch on Catch Up for DStv Premium customers using an HD PVR

Important message for our Premium customers who use a 2-series or 4-series HD PVR decoder. Customers using an Explora are not impacted.

You’ll notice that the shows on your Catch Up are missing. We apologise - there is a technical glitch that we’re working around the clock to resolve. It will take us a few days, which means you’ll have all your shows by latest Sunday night.

Your BoxOffice is not impacted, and we’ve loaded a movie  credit on your BoxOffice account for you.
