Top matches to stream on supersport.com and DStv Now.
It has been an eventful week; Brangelina called it quits (if such things interest you), Empire returned to DStv, airing on FOX (every Thursday at 21:00 CAT), and the nominees for the MTV Africa Music Awards 2016 (MAMA) were finally announced.
As a DStv Premium customer, it’s only fitting that you wrap up the week with sporting action that will be available via live video streaming on supersport.com, DStv Now (for Android and iOS) and the ever reliable SuperSport App.
My pick for the weekend is the Premier League hurly-burly between Arsenal and Chelsea scheduled to take place at the Emirates Stadium. Both clubs have started the season in similar fashion accumulating 10 points each from five games.
Manchester United are starting to question Paul Pogba's hefty £89.3 million transfer fee especially considering that the Frenchman has yet to show us his worth. However, I feel he will give us something to cheer about when the Red Devils face Leicester City. My predictions are seldom wrong, mark my words...
Because SuperSport always brings you the first of everything, SuperDiski fans can look forward to the first ever Cape Town Derby between Cape Town City and Ajax Cape Town. The historic match will kick off at the Cape Town Stadium.
The Proteas return to our screens in the One Day International clash against Ireland. Temba Bavuma and Dwaine Pretorius are likely to earn their first ODI caps against the feisty Irish. Should the duo get a chance to take the field at Willowmoore Park, it will interesting to see how they handle the pressure that comes with the 50-over game.
With no Rugby Championship action available this weekend, rugby buffs can look forward to the Currie Cup clash between Griquas and Western Province.
Marc Marquez will look to extend his lead in the rider standings when your World of Champions brings you MotoGP action from the Grand Prix of Aragon.
