Dial *120*68584# and manage your account without having to load more data or airtime.
Our USSD platform allows you to:
- Check your DStv account balance
- Clear errors on your decoder
- View your last four transactions
- Reconnect your package
- Transfer funds between your DStv accounts such as BoxOffice and Holiday Home
- Find out where you can make payment
- Find installers, agencies and Walk-in Centres near you
All customers have access to this free service for the until the end of March irrespective of which package they’re on.
This free service is only for USSD and does not apply to other Self Service platforms such as the DStv Now App, web or SMS short codes.
Remember that USSD will only work if the number you’re dialling from is registered on our system. If you're not sure, check and, if necessary, update it on your Connect ID profile or call us on 011 289 2222.
