Those who have been following Pacman’s career will know of his infamous pose when he is glued in to SuperSport.
As the days continue to drag along ahead of the Floyd Mayweather versus Manny Pacquiao, Sunday 3 May on SS2/SS6 at 03:00 CAT, the social media debates have been intense to say the least.
Those who have been following Pacman’s career know the meaning of his famous pose all too well.
The boxing pose
This is the pose before the Super Welterweight fight between Canelo Alvarez and James Kirkland, airing Sunday 10 May on SS7 at 03:00 CAT. This is also the striking pose of joy you can use during load shedding, because you know you won’t miss your favourite game.
Morning training. Getting ready for next Saturday night. Thank you Lord! pic.twitter.com/nKn3PRjJdm— Manny Pacquiao (@MannyPacquiao) April 22, 2015
The BPL pose
A boxer can not appear intimidated, even when watching soccer. Therefore, Pacman will hold this pose for 90 minutes durig the Barclays Premier League match between Liverpool and Chelsea, Sunday 10 May on SS3 at 17:00 CAT. It is still a guarded secret on which team he supports!
The war pose
The Filipino is always cool, calm and collected on the surface; however we think he wants nothing more than to silence all of Mayweather’s fans. To get himself pumped up (no pun intended) for the fight, he revealed to us he will be tuning in to Top Celebrity Feuds on TRACE Sport Stars Friday 1 May at 21:00 CAT*.
As much as he respects every athlete, Manny feels he has the better sculpted body than rugby players who will take the field for the Super Rugby clash between the Bulls and Lions, Saturday 2 May on SS1 at 19:10 CAT.
EFC Africa 39 returns, Thursday 7 May on SS7 at 20:00 CAT and guess who will be flexing his muscles throughout the heavyweaight title fight between Brendon Groenewald and Andrew "One Gear" Van Zyl. If you guessed Manny Pacquiao, you might be right. We don't know if he'll be tuning in, but those muscles will be flexing no matter what he's up to.
To prepare yourself for the fight do the Pacman pose during the Weigh-In ahead of the fight, 00:00 on Saturday 2 May on SS2.
Now all jokes aside, tune in for the fight of the century between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, on SS2/SS6 at 03:00 CAT and via live video streaming on the DStv Now website, the DStv Now App for Android and iOS and on supesport.com.
*Not really, but you should.
