Chris Brown’s unwelcome intruder has been formally charged.

Chris Brown’s unwelcome intruder has been formally charged. The musician celebrated his 26th birthday on May 5 in Las Vegas and when he returned to his Agoura Hills, California home, the Look at Me Now hit maker was shocked to find his property destroyed and a naked woman in his bed.

The nude intruder has been identified as Amira Kodcia Ayeb and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed on Friday she has been charged with first-degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism.

Prosecutors will ask the court for her bail to be set at $220,000 and if convicted of these crimes, Ayeb faces up to seven years in prison.
Ayeb, an aspiring singer who hails from Tunisia, will turn 22 years old on May 13. And although her actions might be considered berserk by many, she is not being held under a 5150, a civil code used in California when people are deemed dangerous to themselves or others.

The LA District Attorney’s Office confirmed she had allegedly broken into his property on May 2.

In an Instagram message he shared on Thursday, superstar Chris noted Ayeb fed herself numerous times with food in his kitchen while illegally trespassing in his home.
His post on the picture-sharing website featured an image of Ayeb draped in a white blanket on his staircase.

“I get home and find this crazy individual in my house,” he wrote in the Instagram caption attached to the photo of Ayeb. “She had broken the hinges off the doors. She Found time to cook her several meAls (sic). She Wrote ‘I love you’ on the walls. She threw out my daughters clothing as well as my dogs stuff. Then had all these crazy voodoo things around my crib. goes to show you how crazy people are crazy! And she painted her name on my cars!!!! I love my fans but this is some on some real real crazy sh*t! I pray she will get help .”
