A festive twist to the ultimate baking contest! The Great British Bake Off judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry plan their Christmas in these special festive masterclasses. They share their favourite recipes for Christmas classics such as stollen, mincemeat streusel and a gingerbread house that can be made with all the family. 

They also suggest some less well known bakes such as Scottish black bun, Tunis cake and Paul's hand-raised boxing day pie, the perfect way to use up all the trimmings from the day before. Mary and Paul show what will last and what can be made in advance, as they help viewers keep the festive baking season as stress-free as possible.

Set at Jamie’s Essex home, the hour-long cookery show focuses on the food to get you through the post-Christmas party season.

Oozy cheesy pasta, festive tacos, a Keralan fish curry, posh pork kebabs, smoked trout pate with Yorkshire puds and Bloody Mary beef kick make up the savoury treats. Those with a sweet-toothed can get stuck into apple pepperpot pudding and waffles and hot chocolate.
