The 2018 Video Music Awards did not disappoint! We have the full list of winners below. Not a fan of spoilers and have yet to catch the show? Catch the rebroadcast of the 2018 MTV VMAs  on Tuesday 21 August at 20:25 on MTV (DStv Channel 130) and DStv Now.

Seriously, we're about to drop spoilers galore about performances and winners. If you're cool with that, let's proceed at looking back at the best, the worst and the questionable from this year's 2018 MTV VMAs.

Once Cardi B hit the stage we knew it was going to be a party of note! We were all on the edge holding our breath because it looked as if she brought out her new baby to the stage! Sadly, she was cuddling an MTV VMA Moon Man statue, the disappointment.

The night was a mixture of highs and lows. From Jennifer Lopez's incredible medley performance (with Ja Rule as a guest) to Madonna's puzzling tribute to Aretha Franklin and Nicki Minaj's medley performance outside of the main venue in New York City. Keep an eye out for Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively's pretty awkward moment too which had us all scratching our heads.
