Let's take a look at who could possibly walk home a winner at the 2018 Brit Awards.
Hosted by Jack Whitehall, the 2018 Brit Awards on Wednesday 21 February at 22:00 on BBC Brit (DStv channel 120) and streaming on DStv Now is sure to not disappoint.
The night is expected to be jam-packed with awesome performances and I'll be eagerly anticipating who will walk home a winner. Of course I have some predictions to share, because what's an awards show without some guessing involved.
British Album of the Year
The competition is good, but we're only here for Ed Sheeran's Divide album and Dua Lipa's self-titled album. Both artists have caused waves in the music industry with their album releases, with Lipa recently breaking records left, right and centre and brekaing all the New Rules as a new artist. Who should win? My money is on Dua Lipa.
British Single of the Year
The list is long and all the songs top the playlists for everyone, because they're THAT great. I wish I could have several artists win but I'm holding out for three options: New Rules (Dua Lipa); Shape of You (Ed Sheeran) and Human (Rag'n'Bone Man). The last year has served us a platter of great singles, so choosing is always tricky.
British Male/Female Solo Artist
I'm back at it again with my love for Dua Lipa, no one else nominated in the catagory compares to the success she's had in the last 12 months - granted they're all great in their own rights, but we've got to spit out the facts here.
Likewise with Ed Sheeran for the male catagory, there's no doubt about it he'll win. Though, if I'd have to choose another option, I'd like to se Stormzy win the award.
International Female and Male Solo Artist
Sure, the list of nominees incldue some of the world's best but it will be Taylor Swift who will knock them all out to grab the Brit award. Her album Reputation had us all on the edge prior to it's release, once it dropped we haven't been the same again... or am I just talking about myself? Either way, Tay Tay will come out top.

In the male catagory, I rate the recent incredible success with Black Panther's Original Soundtrack Album will be more than enough for the already great year Kendrick Lamar has had. Haven't heard the OST? Do yourself a favor and offer your ears a musical experience because Lamar brought out the best with it.
