What happens when I reconnect my DStv? Is Namola automatically reconnected or do I need to request for a reconnection of Namola separately?
It’s important to note, even if your Namola subscription is inactive, their free service remains available to you.
If your DStv is reconnected within 3 months of disconnection, your paid Namola subscription will automatically be reconnected (and the paid Namola services will become available to you).
If your DStv is reconnected after 3 months of disconnection, you will need to go to Namola to and upgrade to a paid subscription.
