MultiChoice Uganda continues to roll out customer centric activities aimed at being more customer focused in their operations. The newest activity the company has embarked on is the mobile customer care clinics as a way of bringing the services closer to customers and interfacing with them in their locality.
The purpose of the clinics is to address the gap in product awareness, customer engagement and inaccessibility to services as well as to extend end to end solutions to customers within reach – like a service center brought to the customer’s location.
Customers will also be provided with decoder activation, reconnection, reset, technical and decoder servicing, customer education on products and services and well as help provided to show customers how to use self-service in resolving simple queries (avoid costs of contacting us through other channels), to assist customers with payment solutions that are suitable for them, to touch base with our customers and find out how we can serve them even better and to also welcome new subscribers who are interested in buying the products.
If you want to buy a DStv decoder and can't make it to any of our service clinics, you can still buy your decoder online at DStv Duuka and get our special discount.
This initiative will be in a phased approach with Kampala first, thereafter the clinics will be rolled out to the rest of the country. Some of the division that will be stormed include Matugga, Kireka, Namugongo, Zana, Kanyanya to mention but a few.
Have a sneak peek of how it all went down:
