Emmanuel TV

MultiChoice Africa has announced the addition of Emmanuel TV, a christian television channel founded by TB Joshua, pastor of the Synagogue, Church of all Nations (Scoan). The channel will launch on the DStv platform on Thursday 19 November 2015.

Customers will get access to Emmanuel TV on channel 390, bringing the ministry to the homes of viewers across Africa.

The channel will air 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will bring to viewers inspirational sermons from prophet TB Joshua alongside dramatic healings, deliverances, miracles and touching charitable projects.

Since its beginning in 1993, Scoan has grown to become one of the most sought after christian ministries across the world. The church’s television network, Emmanuel TV, was established in 2006 and has been broadcasting worldwide with a viewership of over 100 million.

Emmanuel TV is currently one of the most subscribed christian channels on YouTube with over 250 000 active subscribers and nearly two million followers on Facebook. Emmanuel TV’s numerous videos online have amassed well over 200 million views.

One of the highlights of the channel will be the live sunday service which will enable viewers to listen to the teachings of Prophet TB Joshua, as well as partake in the mass prayers with the congregation in Lagos, Nigeria.

"The purpose of Emmanuel TV is to preach the Good News of salvation to all mankind. That is what we are born for; that is what we are living for and that is what we shall die for," says prophet TB Joshua.

"Emmanuel TV is committed to changing lives, changing nations and changing the whole world through the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. It has a message for the entire world and the message is quite simple: 'Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever'. If people are to believe this, someone has to point the way and that is what Emmanuel TV is set to do."

Emmanuel TV will be available to the DStv Premium, DStv Compact Plus, DStv Compact, DStv Family and DStv Access packages from 11:00 on 19 November.
