Victor Panizza has won an Audi A1 in MultiChoice Namibia's extreme home make-over competition.

The winner of the MultiChoice Namibia Extreme Home Make-Over Competition was announced as Victor Panizza of Windhoek on Tuesday, 9 June at the MultiChoice Namibia headquarters.

The winner was chosen at random draw on Friday, 5 June by auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Panizza, a DStv Premium bouquet subscriber, qualified by paying up to four months in advance and making sure to stay connected to the entertainment during the course of the competition. He drives away with the grand prize Audi A1 valued at over N$200 000.

The competition was launched on 22 January and ran until 1 April. The competition was open to all MultiChoice Namibia DStv and GOtv subscribers who complied with the Terms and Conditions of the competition, which included: 
-    Existing subscribers: to pay their DStv or GOtv subscription up to two months in advance during the competition period
-    New subscribers: to subscribe and pay their DStv or GOtv subscriptions up to two months in advance during the competition period
-    All debit order subscribers were automatically entered into the competition, provided their accounts were active and paid-up to date on the MultiChoice Namibia accounting and management system.

The competition, as part of the MultiChoice Rewards Campaign, was the first major competition of this prize magnitude to be held by MultiChoice Namibia. According to Roger Gertze, General Manager of MultiChoice Namibia: "At MultiChoice we pride ourselves on being the leading pay-television service provider in Africa with subscribers from a broad range of backgrounds. This was an opportunity for us to show our gratitude to our valued subscribers by rewarding them for their continued loyalty and commitment to our services."

Other prizes won during the course of the competition included: N$65 000 voucher from Tana Rose Designs, won by D Weeks; N$25 000 gift voucher from Cymot, won by P Kapia; N$20 000 gift voucher from Stuttafords, won by C Cloete; 2X 55 inch Samsung Curve TV’s, won by B Karuhumba and B Mumbashu; and N$20,000 gift voucher from Peralin Paints, won by E Engelbriecht.
