American Hip Hop artist B.o.B set to perform at the Jameson Live Party in December at the Ngong Racecourse, Nairobi.
American hip hop artist Bobby Ray Simmons, commonly known as B.o.B, is coming to Kenya for the Jameson Live Party on Saturday 12 December at the Ngong Racecourse.
Announcing his performance on his official Facebook page, the internationally acclaimed artist stated that he is looking forward to touching down in Kenya and headlining this year’s party.
B.o.B. was introduced to the world with the much praised mixtape Cloud 9. He has since travelled the world and topped the charts with breakout hits Airplanes and Nothing on You featuring Bruno Mars.
These two hits earned him nominations in the BET Hip Hop Awards 2010 for Track of the Year (Airplanes) and Best Hip Hop Video and Perfect Combo Award (Nothin’ On You). B.o.B received two other nominations in the BET Hip Hop Awards 2014 for Paranoid and Up Down.

Other than the BET Hip Hop Awards, B.o.B has received nominations in the BET Awards, Teen Choice Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, including six Grammy nominations.
B.o.B has collaborated and shared the stage with stars such as Janelle Monae, Eminem, Linkin Park, Kanye West, Drake, Usher, Paramore, among others.
His recent smash hits So Good and Headband have pushed him further into mainstream success, an achievement he can’t wait to share at the Jameson Live Party if his Facebook post is anything to go by.
2014 saw Jameson bring to life two sold out Jameson Live parties, the first with a local lineup that included DJ Stylez; the pioneer of DJ’s from the Code Red Unit and local rapper Kaligraph Jones, and the second with acclaimed artist 2 Chainz including a surprise appearance from renowned African Ambassador Akon.
In the lead up the party, a series of nights will be hosted by Jameson across the city.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday 30 October, and will be available to strictly over 18s only.
