Common reasons for this error
This error indicates that the channel you're trying to access may no longer be available or has been terminated.
Suggested fix
To address this, reboot and rescan your decoder. This process will update the service list and ensure you have access to all currently available channels. If the channel is indeed discontinued, press the down arrow on your remote control to see the list of available channels, or you can press “TV” and select “My Channels” to continue enjoying your DStv experience.
