It’s the month of laughter and if your work colleague is half conscious from knocking themselves silly with their booby-trapped office phone, then job well done for April Fool’s Day!
Personally I think pranks are easier to execute than telling a joke. I tend to start with the punch line and end it with an awkward silence...
I feel it is best to leave it to the comedic geniuses in April, so here are Reasons to Laugh Like a Boss this April.
1. The Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber
Once ranked as one of the most popular women on the internet, it is too hard to suppress the joy in seeing Canadian pop star Justin Bieber being roasted. It is the most highly anticipated Roast for ‘beliebers’ and haters - where celebrities and comedians (just to name a few: Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Martha Stewart and Natasha Leggero) take fun in the nastiest insults to Bieber.
Catch the hot-hot roasting of Justin Bieber on 1 April from 21:10 on Comedy Central - channel 122.
To celebrate April Fool’s Day, MTV is showcasing a once off prank show, #YouGotGot, that will make you ROTFL and LOL for days. Catch the mischievous Tall A$$ Mo and Maps Maponyane as they prank their unsuspecting victims, with hysterical tricks and devious maneuvers.

3. 2015 MTV Movie Awards
Ever wondered which actor or actress is worthy enough to walk away with a Movie Award for the Best Scared-As-S**t Performance, Best Shirtless Performance or Best WTF Moment? Then the 2015 MTV Movie Awards are not to be missed. With alternative award categories and comedian Amy Schumer as your host, prepare yourself for an explosive and hilarious award show. And to top it off, comedian Kevin Hart will be awarded with the well deserved Comedic Genius Award.
The 2015 MTV Movie Awards action kicks off with the red carpet special on 13 April from 20:30 on MTV Base - Channel 322.
4. Real Husbands of Hollywood
Reality shows are highly popular, which makes Kevin Hart’s Real Husbands of Hollywood a must see. The show is a mockery of the reality shows that we know so well. Following the daily lives of comical fictional characters and their struggles in surviving Hollywood.
