If it were not for his chef uniform, anyone would mistake him for a Calvin Klein model fresh off the runway. We are talking about none other than Rohan Sharma, the Chef De Cuisine at The Concord’s Curry Flavors.
Don’t let the looks fool you, hailing from Northern India with eight years of experience, Rohan is a well-travelled chef and it is not by accident that he is at the Concord. He goes where the culinary journey takes him. He says he enjoys living and working in Kenya and most importantly the array of fresh produce available at the local markets.
He urges you to make a trip for some special Biryani that will change how you look at Indian cuisine forever.
