Former Arsenal legend Robert Pires in Nairobi

Arsenal legend Robert Pires joins fans at Kempinski, Nairobi to watch Arsenal-Sunderland match.

Last Saturday was a good day for Arsenal to win, especially if you were sitting just a few feet from the Gunners legend Robert Pires during the BPL Fanzone hosted at the Villa Rosa Kempinski in Nairobi.

If you thought you can’t always hold it together when your team is playing, let me introduce you to the many faces of Pires during the Arsenal vs Sunderland match that was brought to you LIVE by SuperSport, your World of Champions.

1. He couldn’t just take it when Giroud scored that own goal for Sunderland.

2. He was even more distressed when Aaron Ramsey’s potential goal was off-target.

3. But there were times he was stronger than every one else.

4. When Giroud redeemed his first-half blunder and scored a second goal to put Arsenal in the lead, Pires was up in celebrations. He even got a Chelsea fan on his feet.

Arsenal die-hard fans couldn’t miss out on this rare opportunity to watch football with such a legend. Check out their photo session with Pires.
