LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell of NCIS LA.

Sampling DStv for your fitness schedule.

Gone are the days when looking good was just a blessing. You have to work for it these days. Celebrities like Sauti Sol, J. Lo and Diamond Platnumz will tell you, it takes a strict workout schedule to look good and have a banging body.

Watching TV these days is almost always a call to run to the gym. Here are some of the bods we just love to see on DStv:

1. Navy Seal LL Cool J

We love American TV military drama NCIS Los Angeles for the same reason Ladies Love Cool James – the bods! LL Cool J is a perfect example of how black doesn’t crack. Known best for his music, the I'm Bad singer has carved a niche for himself on TV now and has the great looks to show for it. On the show, LL Cool J plays a Senior Field Agent Sam Hanna, a former Navy Seal. Catch NCIS:LA on Tuesdays at 20:00 on M-Net Edge.

2. Judge Adam

We love The Voice mainly because of the blind auditions format. Apart from the exceptional talent and music, judge Adam Levine always make the show worth re-watching because, well, dude works out! Coach Christina Aguilera had a child during the show’s running and how she got back her body is still a mystery. Don't miss The Voice, weekdays at 20:30 on M-Net.

3. Jamie Lannister vs Jon Snow

The best part about Game of Thrones is that after every few episodes you have to find a new obsession as the characters don’t stay forever. When it comes to bods we love to watch, it would have to be the star Kit Harington who plays Jon Snow. But Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who plays Jaime Lannister could give Jon a run for his money. On the same tip, Dany (Emilia Clarke) has been named by The New York Times as one "finest creation". Have you seen her rock all those ethereal gowns? Work it girl! Don't miss the finale of GoT S5 on Friday, 19 June at 23:00 on M-Net Edge, also on Catch Up.
