Sunday FunDay

On Sunday, 9 July 20:00, we get to see how Hollywood turns the tables on a classic, with a remake of Ghostbusters on M-Net.

Now starring an all-female cast, including Kristin Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, comedian Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth, see as the ghostbusters set out to take on a new threat in Manhattan.

Thursday Horror

You’ll be tempted to look away on Thursdays at 20:00, when M-Net Movies Action shows us thrilling horrors.

But we promise, you wouldn’t want to miss any of the action. On 6 July, watch as The Walking Dead's Sarah Wayne Callies finds it difficult to move on, after the death of her son, in Other Side of the Door.

Taking things in to her own hands, she tries doing a ritual, but it all goes wrong, when she doesn't pay attention to a very important warning.

With an all-star cast (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin and Bill Murray), tune in to, Zombieland on 13 July, which is as much a horror as it is an adventure. Watch as a group of people try to find their way to an amusement park, while fighting off zombies who have invaded America.

On 20 July, a young woman's soul is in danger in The Vatican Tapes. With a priest and exorcist joining forces, to take on an evil force to save her. Some of the standout performances in The Vatican Tapes come from Michael Pena, Olivia Taylor Dudley, Sam Upton and Djimon Hounsou.

Crimson Peak brings together Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Tom Hiddleston and Charlie Hunnam.

On 27 July, tune in for a fantasy horror, where an author is escaping her past, but finds herself in a house that won’t help her forget.

Friday’s Double Trouble

It's action galore with TCM on Friday nights, which is filled with Double Trouble.

In a double take of movies, be sure to tune in to TCM on 7 July for City Heat (at 18:25) and Lethal Weapon (at 20:00), on 14 July for Bandits (at 17:55) and Lethal Weapon 2 (at 20:00), on 21 July for Life (at 18:10) and Tango & Cash (at 20:00) with some of our favourite action heroes, including Bruce Willis, Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, Danny Glover, Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell.

And on 28 July, TCM will bring you a muscle packing movie marathon, where you can enjoy all of these movies back-to-back, starting with City Heat at 14:30.

Eddie Murphy on Studio Universal

Eddie Murphy is a legend! And we're so happy to see Studio Universal celebrate his talent, with an array of movies. 

From Nutty Professor 2 (14 July) at 20:00 and Coming To America (21 July) at 20:00, even the kids can enjoy this master’s talent as Donkey in Shrek (28 July) at 20:00.

The kids can also enjoy Smurfs (5 July) at 18:00, Epic (14 July) at 18:05, Ice Age 2 (17 July) at 18:00 and Jumanji (21 July) at 18:05.
