We've been banging out some pretty dope reels showcasing the action behind the scenes during the taping of the second episode of 'The Next Level'. The new virtual groove sessions hit, which premiered on your screens last week Friday at 20:00, is already shaping up to be the definitive disruptor in the way music and partying moves within the protocols of the new normal. And after a highly buzzed debut, the show returns to the telly with another two hours of performances, DJ sets, interviews and many moves along with the hot action!
Episode two, airing on Friday, 9 July 2021 between 20:00 and 22:00 is bringing out some of the hottest new school acts. Viewers will be thrilled to catch sightings of Boohle melting mellow vocals over some of her chart topping bangers. Most notably, the up and coming singer will likely delight with the live delivery of 'Siyathandana'. The amapiano anthem is being tauted as strong contender for song of the year, at least on the dancefloors, dancefloors. Not to mention, numbers don't lie both on the charts on the streams.
Ciza's debut performance on Massive Music in 2020 was a stellar introduction of the music heir's entrance into the scene. Now awith a brimming catalogue of beatutiful toons, the young singer will be looking to crystalise his place in the collective memory. His latest single 'Bank Notification' is doing some important work on the airwaves.
Our Featured artist Blxckie has seen a meteric rise in the scene. The success of his project 'B4Now' has been of high impact to the culture. The 12 track tape has already spawned blockbuster hits, including 'Ye x 4' with Nasty C on the guest verse. No doubt that his performance will be one of the most anticipated amongst the sets.
