Shekhinah's comeback is already causing a current on radio.

Following the massive success of her debut album RoseGold, Shekhinah has delighted fans with the release of her brand new single 'Tides'. Taken from her highly anticipated forthcoming sophomore project Trouble in Paradise, the lavish slow jam finds Shekhinah hovering her rich vocals as she wears her heart on her sleeves to a lover.

The singer's return is already causing quite the current on the charts. Having recently topped the RAMS chart thanks to heavy rotation on the airwaves around the country for 'Fixate', Shekhinah looks to dominate the soundscape with the landing of her second single.

The R&B and Pop singer's 'Fixate' already kicked off the new era, clearing the scene for the Trouble in Paradise album. She's giving us consistency, describing the album as a seamless transition from its sibling.

Says Sekhinah in a press statement; "My new project “Trouble in Paradise” is a continuation of my first album “RoseGold” which spoke to blissful ignorance. The idea is that all that was RoseGold is now ablaze. Paradise is no longer the place it used to be and trouble has come. Red for me signifies the burning of  Paradise and the polaroid picture of fire signifies memories of the past. A broken heart ties in the melted ice cream (to signify comfort eating), the cassette tape (speaking to treasured memories/nostalgia), and the car illustration which is an ode to the “Suited” music video which brings the concept full circle

Already available for pre-orders, Trouble in Paradise will follow Shekhinah's 2017 critical and commercial success, which spawned a slew of bangers such as 'Different', 'Please Mr' and 'Suited'.
