A dream team makes a dream work. And Lil Baby and Lil Durk's freshly released 'The Voice of the Heroes' joint album has made some history for both rappers. The collaborative project has shot to the top of the Billboard Hot 200 albums chart. According to Billboard, the album blazed to #1 with an estimated 150 000 total album-equivalent units moved. After the rappers had swore the project would be a classic, fans rushed to give it spins, and they eventually racked up 197,71 million on-demand streams for the 18-track tape since it's highly buzzed debut.

Lil Baby and Dirk have heaps of new material to charge up their bragging; these are one of the largest first-week streaming numbers for any Hip Hop album that has landed in 2021.

It's a big moment for Lil Dirk, who has now registered his first ever #1 album. The Chicago rapper's 2020 album, 'My Voice', peaked at #2. Lil Baby will be pleased with his impressive streak, as the joint album marks his second chart topper since 2020's massively successful 'My Turn'.

The Voice of the Heroes comes with a slew of high powered collaborations, a list boasting the likes of Travis Scott, Young Thug, Rod Wave and Meek Mill.
